Service Fee
A standard service fee of $50–$100 may apply based on travel distance, parking access, or additional supply requirements. This fee will be included in your total quote before scheduling.
Specialty Services & Additional Fees
The following services are not included in standard cleaning rates and may incur additional charges based on severity and time required:

Rodent or pest infestations: +$100–$300

Biohazard or hazardous waste cleanup: +$150–$500

Mold, mildew, or odor removal: +$100–$250

Heavy grease buildup or nicotine residue: +$100–$250

Excessive clutter, trash, or hoarding situations: +$200–$600

Pet hair removal or pet-related odors: +$50–$150

Inside oven, refrigerator, or cabinet detailing: +$25–$75 per appliance

Same-day or emergency service requests: +$50–$100
All specialty services are assessed during the walkthrough or upon arrival. Any revised pricing will be approved prior to service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge.
